At 5B Aquarium Supplies, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to make the process as easy as possible.


30-Day Return Period

We have a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. This means you have 30 days to request a return and send the item back to us.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all original tags and packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@5baquariums.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we do not accept returns without prior authorization.


Damages and Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions

There are certain items that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods, such as live fish, invertebrates or plants.
  • Gift cards or personalized items.
  • Frozen or live foods.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns about returning a specific item. Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
