If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process. Our 30-day return policy allows you to return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us at support@5baquariums.com. Our dedicated customer service team will assist you with the return process and provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Our Costumer Satisfaction Warranty also covers any damages or issues with your order. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
